The hotel is conveniently located near the city and the netball centre, offering a mix of noise and convenience. The self check-in process and available parking make it easy to access, but some disturbances from other guests may impact the stay. The dining options include a well-catered gluten-free buffet with a variety of choices and local specialties like Nagasaki rice.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean and ideal for family needs, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The shower was a plus, but the small size and dim lighting could be improved.

Despite initial difficulties approaching the staff, they were ultimately very friendly and helpful, providing quick directions and suggestions for local attractions.

My room at the hotel was big and very clean, and I would definitely recommend staying here again. The little packet of biscuits was a nice touch as I drink black tea and had nothing to eat with my first cuppa. However, there was a bit of noise coming from the surroundings.

The staff was nice and friendly, though I saw one person playing on their phone in the entrance, which didn't look very professional.

The location was fantastic, with easy parking access from Wellington Street. It was noisy at times but close to free CAT buses for easy access to the city.
Dining

The dining experience was okay, with sweet biscuits available, but I missed having the restaurant and bar open. The breakfast was continental style in the bar area.
Facilities

The hotel facilities were adequate, but there were some areas in the process, which was a bit confusing.

I found my stay at this hotel to be ideal for my family needs, with clean rooms and a good location. The staff was helpful and informative, although the bar and restaurant were closed due to restrictions. The proximity to King Park and easy access to the city make it a great choice for exploring the area.

The hotel has a lovely and clean room in a great location but might not be worth the $170 price tag. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were issues with staff availability after hours. The location, though not central, was perfect for our needs with some noise from other guests. The dining experience was delicious, and the included light breakfast was lovely.
